Bosnia and Herzegovina must adopt a new law to eliminate roaming charges with the EU

SARAJEVO, June 21 (FENA) – The decision by the Council of the European Union to approve the opening of negotiations with Western Balkan countries on expanding the 'Roam Like at Home' (ROAM) regime creates the possibility that citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina may in the future use mobile services in EU member states without additional roaming charges.
