NEW YORK, July 9 (FENA) – Earle Courtenay Rattray, Chief of Staff to United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres, said during today's commemoration at the UN General Assembly marking the International Day of Reflection and Commemoration of the 1995 Genocide in Srebrenica that the Srebrenica genocide was the worst atrocity committed in Europe since World War II.
