Bećirović challenges RSNA Decision on National Monuments Commission before Constitutional Court

SARAJEVO, July 20 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Chair Denis Bećirović has submitted a request to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina seeking a review of the constitutionality of the decision adopted by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RSNA) regarding the appointment of members of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bećirović's Office confirmed for FENA.
