ZAGREB, July 21 (FENA) – The resolution on Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina, adopted by the Croatian Parliament last week, reflects the spirit of the Dayton Peace Agreement because the equality of the Croat people is a constitutional category, Dragan Čović, Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said in Zagreb today.
