SARAJEVO, August 2 (FENA) – The trial of Anis Kalajdžić for the killing of Aldina Jahić in Mostar will be the first test of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina's new Criminal Code provisions that define the gender-based killing of a woman as a separate criminal offense. Legal experts say the case could set an important precedent for future femicide investigations and court practice.
