SARAJEVO, August 25 (FENA) – The management and staff of the National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina (NUB BiH) were unable today to deliver the 'Petition for the Return of the National Library of BiH to City Hall and a Permanent Solution to Its Funding' to Sarajevo Mayor Samir Avdić because, as they said, they did not find him at his office.
