HJPC proposes distributing Sarajevo appeals cases to other cantonal courts to reduce backlog

SARAJEVO, October 1 (FENA) – In an effort to reduce years-long backlogs in handling civil cases on appeal before the Sarajevo Cantonal Court, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina proposed at its session that some of these cases be distributed to other cantonal courts.
