Western Balkans beneficiaries and Türkiye mark a decade of EU–Council of Europe program cooperation

TIRANA, October 8 (FENA) – Over the past decade, the partnership between Western Balkans Beneficiaries and Türkiye, with the European Union and the Council of Europe, has translated ambition into action, lasting change for institutions, professionals and communities. This cooperation under the “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye” program was highlighted at a regional conference in Tirana, recognising the achievements made in advancing rule of law, democracy and human rights.
