BANJA LUKA, October 19 (FENA) - Nebojša Vukanović, president of the For Justice and Order List, criticized today the decision by the Republika Srpska Ministry of Interior to ban a rally in support of students in Serbia that was scheduled to take place at Krajina Square in Banja Luka, saying the decision violated the right to freedom of assembly and expression.
