Tadić meets with officials of OSCE Mission to BiH, discusses war crimes

SARAJEVO, April 9 (FENA) - Acting Prosecutor General of BiH Gordana Tadić and Deputy Chief of Special Department for War Crimes Izet Odobašić met with OSCE Mission Officer Antonietta Trapani, who is a legal adviser on the project "Monitoring Activities on War Crimes Cases" and Muris Brkić, who has been engaged within the project.

The collocutors discussed the dynamics of prosecuting war crimes cases, changes to the State Strategy for Activities on War Crimes Cases, as well as other issues in the area of war crimes prosecution and serious violations of international humanitarian law, the BiH Prosecutor's Office stated.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office and the OSCE Mission to BiH have good cooperation in the area of war crimes and the activities that the OSCE Mission to BiH carries out in its field of work, including in the processes of professional education and conferences in the mentioned field, as well as other activities, which will continue in the future.
