BANJA LUKA, August 5 (FENA) - The entity of RS has so far collected approximately 4.2 million KM from a total of 28 million KM, which the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH is obliged to pay to this BiH entity on the basis of a final judgment of the Court of BiH.
In terms of the execution of the court judgment, in connection to the settlement and allocation of revenues from indirect taxes, so far, the RS executed a forced collection of 4.259.735 KM, confirmed Ratko Kovačević, Head of Communications and International Cooperation in the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH.
On May 24, RS blocked ITA accounts in the banks on the basis of a ruling by the Court of BiH, under which the ITA is obliged to pay to the entity 15 million KM plus interest, i.e. a total of KM 28 million.
Since then, the RS has blocked ITA accounts in various banks on a daily basis in order to collect the debt amount claimed by this BiH entity.
