BELGRADE/SARAJEVO, October 17 (FENA) - A delegation of the Ministry of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, led by Minister Ismir Jusko, held a bilateral meeting with a delegation of the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, led by Chinese Minister of Transport, Liu Xiaopeng, on the sidelines of the 3rd Meeting of Transport Ministers of China and Central and Eastern European Countries, China - CEEC 16 + 1.
Minister Li Xiaopeng reiterated the importance of the potential of Chinese investors in the infrastructure linking of China and CEE countries, in all modes of transport, but also in the IT sector, also highlighting Chinese tourism potentials in the context of the initiated activities between China and Bosnia and Herzegovina on connecting in the field of air transport.
Minister Jusko presented the importance of BiH's infrastructure connecting with Europe, emphasizing the importance of building the motorway on the Corridor 5C through Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as strategic commitments and planned activities of Bosnia and Herzegovina in all modes of transport and the IT sector under the competencies Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH.
The two delegations agreed to intensify all activities initiated in the coming period, stated the BiH Ministry of Communications and Transport.
