SARAJEVO, October 31 (FENA) - A forum titled "Bosnia and Herzegovina and the World Trends in Energy Sector" gathered today in Sarajevo representatives of electricity suppliers, commercial consumers, representatives of regulatory bodies and NGO sector from BiH and the region.
The forum was organized by the British Ministry of International Trade and Alfa Energy Group.
During this business event, British Ambassador to BiH Matthew Field said that the focus will be on the global trends in the sector of energy and what it means for BiH.
Also, there will be a discussion on how companies in BiH can protect themselves from the fluctuation in electricity prices.
“For this reason, I am particularly pleased that today we have gathered more than 90 participants mainly from the private sector. Great Britain was one of the first countries to fully liberalize its electric energy market. The market in BiH began to open in 2015 and this process will continue,” Field pointed out.
Alfa Energy Group, said Field, helps companies in BiH, the UK, Germany and the US to take responsibility for their business and make the best decisions in accordance with their needs.
This international group is engaged in consulting commercial consumers and with its representative offices in London, Chicago, Frankfurt and Sarajevo for 20 years now has been taking care of the efficient management of the energy of their four thousand clients.
