Aleksandra Delšašo-Lepir Vice-Chairperson of RS Council of Peoples

BANJA LUKA, February 6 (FENA) - Aleksandra Delšašo-Lepir (Others) was elected Vice-Chairperson of the Council of Peoples of Republika Srpska today.

“This completes the Council of Peoples,” said Chairperson of the Council of Peoples Nada Tešanović, reminding that Vice-chairpersons Dževad Mahmutović (Bosniak) and Vojislav Gligić (Serb) were elected earlier.

Council of Peoples of RS does not participate in adoption of laws, regulations and other acts with the RS National Assembly, but it is in charge of monitoring the adopted laws, regulations and acts to determine if they endanger vital national interests of constituent peoples.
