SARAJEVO, August 14 (FENA) – The Constitutional-Legal Affairs Advisor to BiH Presidency Member Milorad Dodik confirmed today that a document entitled ANP arrived at Dodik's office at 9.30 this morning and that he wants to eliminate dilemmas in a statement to the media in connection with the forthcoming sessions of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to N1, Reljić explained that the document came from the office of Željko Komšić, member of the Presidency from the Croat people.

“To discuss a matter, a proposal must first be made, the ANP has to be sent. I received a document bearing that name at 9.30. The front page says August 2018. It does not say who sent it, it does not say whether it was sent by the NATO Integration Process Commission or the Council of Ministers. It can't be sent just like that. They told me it came from Mr. Komšić's office,” Reljić explained.

He also spoke about the Rules of Procedure according to which the chairman sets the agenda.

“On August 8, we made a request to hold an extraordinary one-point Presidency session - vote on the appointment of a mandate to form a new convocation of the Council of Ministers. This session has been scheduled by Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić. As for the regular session, according to our Rules of Procedure of the Presidency, the chairman shall create the agenda and decide on the content of the items,” said Reljić.

He added that the chairman will determine the agenda items.

“According to the rules of procedure we have an obligation to have consultations before the session and then we will definitely determine what items will be on the agenda. This is something that, in my opinion, is very important to avoid any comments and gossip that have emerged,” said Reljić.
