VISOKO, September 7 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Staša Košarac stated today that he is not satisfied with the current situation in shopping centers when it comes to the placement of BiH products on their shelves.
After visiting the company Suša Komerc near Visoko, Košarac stated that he is not happy that BiH had signed some international agreements that oblige us to the open market, and that he is committed to solving all the problems of our producers and processors so that their products can be found on the shelves of retail chains.
“Congratulations on the commitment of the company Suša Komerc, which sublimates everything I consider good practices, such as primary agricultural production and processing. Institutions should be at the service of such agricultural consumers, to create future solutions together,” Košarac pointed out.
The owner of the company, Osman Suša, said that everyone should work to try and protect domestic production and that it would be ideal to legally stipulate that there must be a minimum of 50 or at least 30 percent of domestic products in shopping centers.
He added that it is necessary to conduct marketing campaigns in order to raise the awareness of citizens about the need to buy domestic products.
Suša Komerc is a family company that is engaged with animal breeding and milk production.
