Šarović: An unreasonable and a very a poor move by Milorad Dodik

FENA Press release

SARAJEVO, September 9 (FENA) - President of the Serb Democratic Party (SDS) Mirko Šarović described as unreasonable and very bad move the BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik's initiative "to move the BiH Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem'.

"Politically speaking, it is an unreasonable and very bad move by Dodik to call a session of the Presidency to discuss the initiative to move the BiH Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. It has resulted in what should not have happened, which could have been anticipated from the other side, and this time it was from the member of the Presidency of BiH, Željko Komšić - to put the recognition of Kosovo on the Presidency's agenda," said Šarović today.

He added that ‘relocating the embassy would be an unnecessary adventure."

"This is an unnecessary and dangerous adventure in which Dodik actually has no role, and it has resulted in something that has never been initiated at the session of the Presidency of BiH and which is politically very bad for the entity of Republika Srpska. Putting Kosovo's recognition on the table is a direct and dangerous consequence of Milorad Dodik's bad political moves," underlined Šarović.
