SARAJEVO, September 15 (FENA) - Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Šefik Džaferović and Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey Haldun Koc exchanged views on the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey, once again emphasizing friendly relations between the two countries.
The economic consequences of the coronavirus pandemic and further travel liberalization for business people were also discussed.
A significant part of the time at the meeting was dedicated to current political issues in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and relations in the region.
It was jointly emphasized that the trilateral meetings between Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Turkey, as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Turkey, are a good format for resolving open issues and improving mutual cooperation.
The expectation was expressed that, despite the situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic, a meeting in this format will take place soon, the Presidency of BiH announced.
