SARAJEVO, November 10 (FENA) - Assistant Minister of Public Health of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Goran Čerkez said that a measure restricting movement from 11 pm to 5 am would be introduced in the Federation of BiH as of tomorrow, as well as limiting the number of citizens present at rallies, 30 indoors and 30 outdoors, respecting hygienic-epidemiological measures.
“It is not a 'curfew' but a restriction of movement. Every citizen who is working in this period will have the opportunity to move, everyone else will have to be in their homes, because we have to stop night parties and disco clubs,” said Čerkez.
He also said that seven days after the election, classes in schools will not take place to disinfect the premises.
He stressed that all citizens must help the health sector, to which he expressed great gratitude for the sacrifice.
He told parents and children, as well as elderly citizens, not to go out if they do not need to and to discipline themselves for the next 20 days.
“The situation is very serious, no one is doing anything, and that refers to those who need to supervise. Political rallies are unacceptable and uncivilized,” Čerkez believes.
He said that we are all witnesses of absolute cantonal passivity and that there are few countries in the world where everything has 'fallen' into the health sector.
“Eight months have passed and we need to ask ourselves whether someone has provided the conditions for the functioning of the entire system. In addition to viruse, there is also the irresponsibility of factors that need to be constantly at your service. Health care and the part of the population that respects the measures cannot stop the spread of the virus,” Čerkez concluded.
