MOSTAR, December 18 (FENA) - The Coalition for Mostar 2020, consisting of the SDA, SBB, DF, Party for BiH, BPS, officially ended its election campaign for the upcoming local elections in Mostar on Friday, which it assessed as very successful.
The lists of the Coalition for Mostar 2020 consist of a total of 56 candidates who are mostly highly educated young people, with an average age of 36, it was said at the final press conference in Mostar.
In the past month, the Coalition organized a series of campaigning activities, including 30 public forums, field meetings "Door to door" campaigning in which candidates visited about five thousand households and set up about 15 info desks through which communication and interaction with the citizens of Mostar was established directly.
Holder of the city list and a candidate for mayor Zlatko Guzin assessed the election campaign as successful and added that the "Coalition for Mostar 2020 stands for the values of civilization and the values that Mostar deserves."
He thanked everyone who participated in the campaign and stressed that he was honored to work with the team of people gathered around the campaign.
The coordinator of the Coalition, Šerif Spago, also assessed the campaign as positive, adding that they achieved all their set goals and that they still have to do the preparation and organization of over 250 observers until Sunday.
He stressed that the formation of the Coalition for Mostar was one of the most important political decisions of pro-Bosnian political parties in the political life of Mostar in the last 25 years, and called on citizens to go to the polls on Sunday and vote.
