Covid-19 confirmed in 100 people in BiH, with 18 deaths in the last 24 hours

SARAJEVO, January 25 (FENA) - The Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH in the last 24 hours registered 686 tested samples, of which 42 were positive for SARS-CoV-2, stated the Institute.

In the past 24 hours, 898 patients have recovered in the FBiH.

Currently, there are 11,068 active cases of Covid-19.

In the past 24 hours, 10 new deaths were reported to the FBiH Public Health Institute.

As of today, the total number of deaths in the FBiH is 2,427.

Today, two new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the Brčko District of BiH, and seven people were tested.

There are currently 395 active cases in the Brčko District.

In the entity of Republika Srpska, 474 samples were tested in the last 24 hours, and coronavirus was confirmed in 56 people.

In the last 24 hours, eight deaths have been reported.

So far, a total of 2,014 deaths have been registered in the RS.

The total number of hospitalized is 610, in the University Clinical Center Banja Luka 226, and in general hospitals 384 people.

There are 4,884 people currently under health supervision, the RS Institute of Public Health said.
