SARAJEVO, March 17 (FENA) - The BiH Presidency members Željko Komšić and Šefik Džaferović met in Istanbul with a delegation from the Committee on Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of Turkey (DEIK), led by DEIK President Nail Olpak.
The delegation also included the Chairman of the Turkish-Bosnian Business Council Muzafer Çilek, members of the Board and Assembly of DEIK, representatives of the Turkish-Bosnian Business Council, and numerous business people from the Republic of Turkey.
Members of the Presidency of BiH pointed out the benefits of investing in certain sectors such as infrastructure, energy, wood industry, tourism, education, agriculture, and expressed readiness to support projects in which Turkish investors show interest.
They also underlined the importance of the need for regular meetings of the Joint Economic Commission to improve economic cooperation, as well as intensifying economic cooperation between the two countries, through participation in business forums, but also through direct contacts between businesses, said the Presidency of BiH.
