ZENICA, March 17 (FENA) - On behalf of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Daut Bajramović, an official of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), presented a donation of technical equipment to the team of the Government of the Zenica-Doboj Canton for Prevention and Fight against Corruption.
At a meeting with the acting ZDC Prime Minister Mirnes Bašić, Minister of Justice and Administration Nebojsa Nikolić and President of the Team for Prevention and Fight against Corruption Dževad Fejzić, Bajramović said that the fight against corruption is one of the priorities of the OSCE Mission to BiH and key to the long-term stability of the country.
He thanked the Government of ZDC for cooperation with the OSCE Mission to BiH and pointed out that the OSCE Mission and the team have been successfully cooperating for four years, and that they carry out a dozen joint activities in the field of prevention and fight against corruption every year.
He announced the continuation of cooperation in 2021, through the support of the OSCE Mission to BiH to develop a new Strategy for Combating Corruption in the ZDC, strengthening cooperation between the team and municipalities, as well as strengthening the network of team coordinators in public institutions.
