New delivery of vaccines from COVAX mechanism arrives in the second quarter

SARAJEVO, March 31 (FENA) - The BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs was informed this morning that a new delivery of coronavirus vaccines for Bosnia and Herzegovina will follow in the second quarter. These are 100,620 doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.

This is the official information that the Ministry of Civil Affairs received from the secretariat of the GAVI Alliance, announced that Ministry.

The Ministry notes that Pfizer/BioNTech is just one of the manufacturers whose vaccines are expected soon in BiH through the COVAX mechanism.

Previously, 23,400 doses of Pfizer/BioNTech and 26,400 AstraZeneca vaccines were delivered to Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is said in the statement.
