SARAJEVO, June 3 (FENA) - The Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina has started drafting a new strategy in the field of migration and asylum and an Action Plan for the period 2021-2025.
This five-year strategic document is important for the development of the asylum and international protection system, which defines the key objectives for the effective management of this process.
Therefore, the Ministry of Security of BiH, with the technical support of Hilfswerk International and the partner organization, Association for Assistance and Development "HAJDE", organized a three-day training and exchange of experiences with the participation of representatives of competent institutions for migration from all levels of government.
The Assistant Minister of Security of BiH in the Sector for Migration Murveta Džaferović pointed out that the suggestions, as well as the proposals of experts from BiH, the region and the EU, will be of great support to the Working Group for drafting the strategy.
