Simulation exercise 'Coordination 2021' to be held from 21st to 25th June

SARAJEVO, June 21 (FENA) - In accordance with the Program of Bilateral Cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United States of America, a simulation exercise "Coordination 2021" will be held at the Hall of the Armed Forces of BiH in Sarajevo from 21st to 25th June, announced the organizers.

The aim of the exercise is to test the system of coordination, management and existing plans between and at different levels of government in response to emergencies.

The exercise includes competent institutions from the protection and rescue system of all levels of government in cooperation with non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The exercise is also attended by a team of experts from the United States of America, whose members are from the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the US Team of the Civil Military Emergency Program (CMEP) Initiative, and from the Maryland Emergency Management Agency with the mediation of the Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC Bosnia) of the US Embassy in BiH.
