SARAJEVO, July 26 (FENA) - The House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly should consider the Bill on the Budget of the BiH Institutions and International Obligations for 2021, proposed by the BiH Presidency at the session scheduled for tomorrow.
Committee on Finance and Budget of the HoR supported the proposed budget in the second commission phase, with five amendments adopted.
Deputies should consider in the second reading the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Excise Duties in BiH, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH, and whose goal is to equate the obligation to pay excise duty for taxpayers who trade tobacco products with taxpayers who trade other excise products.
The agenda should also include the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Election Law of BiH, whose proposers are MPs: Nermin Nikšić, Saša Magazinović, Nada Mladina and Zukan Helez.
The House of Representatives should, among other things, consider the request of MPs: Jasmin Emrić, Saša Magazinović and Damir Arnaut that the Draft Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest in BiH Institutions be considered by urgent procedure.
