BANJA LUKA, July 29 (FENA) - The Government of the Republika Srpska, at its 27th special session held today, determined the Opinion on the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republika Srpska, under the urgent procedure.
The RS Government considers that the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republika Srpska is harmonized with the Constitution, the legal system of the RS and the Rules for drafting laws and other regulations of the RS, and that it can be referred to further procedure.
Also, the Government of the RS today determined the Opinion on the Bill on non-implementation of the Decision of the High Representative enacting the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, under urgent procedure.
The RS Government considers that the Bill on non-implementation of the Decision of the High Representative enacting the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina is harmonized with the Constitution, the RS legal system and the Rules for Drafting Laws and Other Regulations of the RS, and that it can be referred to further procedure, the RS Government said.
