RSNA adopts Law on Non-Implementation of the High Representative's Decision

BANJA LUKA, July 30 (FENA) - The National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (RSNA) adopted today at a special session the Law on Non-Implementation of the Decision of the High Representative regarding the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with one amendment that became an integral part of the Law, and Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republika Srpska. 

Both laws were adopted by urgent procedure and at the proposal of the SNSD, SDS, PDP, DEMOS, SP, DNS, US, SPS, NPS and NDP parliamentary groups.

The deputies also adopted decisions by which both laws enter into force on the day following the day of their publication in the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska.

The National Assembly also adopted a Conclusion supporting the Conclusions that were agreed on July 26 this year in the National Assembly at a meeting of presidents of parliamentary parties based in the Republika Srpska, the Press Service of the RSNA said.
