SARAJEVO, August 16 (FENA) - In the past 24 hours, 1,646 samples were registered with the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 50 were positive for SARS-CoV-2.
A total of 772,401 samples have been tested so far, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 135,968 individuals.
In the past 24 hours, three deaths have been reported in the Federation of BiH.
The total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 5,554, the FBiH Public Health Institute said.
In Republika Srpska, in the last 24 hours, 131 laboratory samples have been tested, and coronavirus has been confirmed in 12 people.
In the last 24 hours, no deaths have been reported to the Republika Srpska Institute of Public Health.
So far, 64,856 cases of the virus have been confirmed in Republika Srpska, and a total of 3,819 people have died in whom the test was confirmed.
Today, a new case of coronavirus infection was registered in the Brčko District of BiH out of 302 samples that were tested.
