BANJA LUKA, October 1 (FENA) - The National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska will review in October all decisions and consents it has given, such as those for the formation of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Indirect Taxation Authority and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, said today at a press conference in Banja Luka, BiH Presidency member and leader of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) Milorad Dodik, noting that this will be done not only because of the Constitutional Court's decision on forests and t"he imposition of amendments to the Criminal Code banning genocide denial and glorification of war criminals but because of the violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement."
He reiterated the views he has expressed over the past two months that this BiH entity does not recognize the newly appointed international community's high representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt, and noted that they remain of the view that the RS political representatives do not participate in decision-making in the state institutions.
Commenting on the announcement of the representatives of the opposition parties from thee RS, who announced the protests in Banja Luka for Saturday, Dodik said that it was their democratic right.
Speaking about the so-called "oxygen" affair and the suspicion that industrial, not medical oxygen has been used in hospitals in the RS, Dodik stressed that "the investigation showed that this was not true, but that possible procedural errors would be investigated".
A meeting of representatives of the parties from the ruling coalition was held in Banja Luka today, at which the decisions of the Constitutional Court were discussed, and Dodik announced that a systematic response to the BiH Constitutional Court would be determined, which would include previously announced measures.
