Dodik: We want to return competencies to everything that was done illegally

BANJA LUKA, October 8 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and President of SNSD Milorad Dodik said after a session of the party's executive committee in Banja Luka that the BiH entity Republika Srpska will withdraw its consent to decisions on the formation of the BiH Armed Forces, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) and the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA).

“The consent we gave for the Law on Defense, the HJPC and the ITA BiH will be withdrawn. Those decisions will be null and void. The RS National Assembly will pass regulations and conclusions on how to regulate that,” said Dodik.

He said that "there is no authority that can stop these processes" and that RS has already formed several expert teams that will deal with issues of defense, law, the new RS constitution and the key issue, as he stated, the illegal decision of former High Representative Valentin Inzko.

“We want to return the Republika Srpska to the framework of Dayton Bosnia and Herzegovina and return competencies to everything that was done illegally, contrary to the Constitution of BiH,” Dodik emphasized, and stated that nothing will be done outside the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
