A donation of 117,000 doses of Pfizer vaccine from France arrives in Sarajevo

SARAJEVO, December 27 (FENA) - Charge d'Affaires of the French Embassy in BiH Xavier Rouard received a bilateral donation of 117,000 doses of Pfizer vaccines from France, on Friday at the storage of the company Hercegovinalijek in Sarajevo, in the presence of their quality assurance manager Adna Tabaković.

"The French Embassy thanks the Assistant Minister in the Health Sector of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH Dušan Kojić for his assistance, which enabled the delivery of this bilateral donation on Christmas, as another sign of solidarity between France and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the fight against COVID," the French Embassy said in a statement.

The donation was made in accordance with the announcement of the President of the French Republic at the EU-Western Balkans Summit in Brdo near Kranj on October 7 and the announcement from the French Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
