BANJA LUKA, February 9 (FENA) - At the session of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (RSNA), an item on the agenda related to the Draft Law on the High Judicial Prosecutorial Council of the Republika Srpska was opened tonight.
Assembly member Srdjan Mazalica said, among other things, that the draft envisages the establishment of the RS Judicial and Prosecutorial Council after the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina stripped the entity of its powers and legalized the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mazalica said it was an unconstitutional action by the High Representative.
On behalf of the Parliamentary Legislative Committee, Dušica Šolaja stated that the Draft was on the agenda of the Committee, which mostly supports the act, stating that it should be sent to public debate.
After the presentation of Dušica Šolaja, a break in the session was announced.
