BRUSSELS, February 21 (FENA) - The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said that two very important topics would be discussed at today's meeting of EU foreign ministers, one of which was the Ukrainian-Russian issue and the other is the ongoing situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He said that we must not dismiss the importance of what is happening in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"It is going to take an important part of our meeting today because the nationalist and separatist rhetoric is increasing in Bosnia and Herzegovina and it is jeopardizing the stability and even the integrity of the country," said Borrell ahead of the meeting.
The EU Foreign Affairs Ministers will have to take a decision on how to stop these dynamics in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to avoid that the country can fall apart in pieces. This is a critical situation, and the Ministers will have to make some decisions about it.
Speaking about the Ukrainian-Russian crisis, he said that there is a possibility of holding a special summit on that issue, adding that all diplomatic possibilities should be used to prevent a possible conflict on the borders of Ukraine.
