SARAJEVO, July 7 (FENA) - The House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina passed today the Bill on Organizations and Representative Organizations of Persons with Disabilities and Civilian War Victims with amendments, which became an integral part of the law.
The House of Representatives will vote on the same text of the law so that the law can be harmonized and come into force.
This law regulates the procedure and conditions for acquiring the status of organization of persons with disabilities and organizations of civilian victims of war, the status of representative organizations of persons with disabilities and civilian victims of war.
Also, the area of operation, purpose and goals of operation, activities, maintaining the register of organizations, financing, as well as other issues of importance for the functioning of organizations at the level of municipalities, cantons and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are regulated with this law.
