BELGRADE, October 10 (FENA) - Milorad Dodik, a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and leader of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), held today in Belgrade a press conference at the Media Center, where he reiterated that he and his party won the most votes in the general elections held recently in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He also says that the party he leads has won more than any other party in Bosnia and Herzegovina and that he is the winner for the president of the BiH entity of Republika Srpska with 292,000 votes, according to the preliminary results of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH, which counted 98 percent of all votes.

He also referred to the slow work of the CEC when it comes to the publishing of election results, which he again attributed to the "inability of BiH to function", and for him, "BiH is a country that should not exist when foreigners impose laws in it on election day".

He was referring to the decision of the High Representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt, to impose changes to the Election Law of BiH and the Constitution of the Federation of BiH, and Dodik repeated in Belgrade that he does not recognize the legitimacy of Schmidt, who was not appointed by the United Nations Security Council.

When it comes to the imposition of new decisions concerning state property, which Schmidt announced, Dodik says that the entity of Republika Srpska will not accept any of his imposed decisions, which, he announced, will not even be published in the Official Gazette of the RS.

He did not want to answer a journalist's question whether he will meet with the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, during his visit to Belgrade, stressing that "individuals want to damage his relationship with Vučić, with whom he talks very often."
