This year's Vienna conference is focused on the new situation caused by war conflicts and the exchange of opinions on the causes of international migration, and the response of governments, international organizations and civil society to these challenges.

Cikotić participated in a panel on migration management in the current turbulent times and Europe's response to these challenges. It was emphasized that Europe is experiencing the most challenging period in recent history, from instrumentalization at the EU's external borders to the consequences of aggression against Ukraine and the current dynamics of migration and displacement.
Having presented the current situation in the field of migration in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was assessed as very favorable thanks to the measures taken, Cikotić also outlined the key priorities in the future activities of the Ministry and competent agencies in managing migration.
