SARAJEVO, October 16 (FENA) - The remains of two people, presumed to be victims of the past war, were exhumed at the site of the local cemetery in the area of the Bosanski Novi/Novi Grad Municipality, announced the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
After the exhumation, the remains were transferred to the Banja Luka City Cemetery for forensic medical processing and identification based on DNA analysis.
The investigator of the Special Department for War Crimes, on the orders of the acting prosecutor, coordinated the work of authorized officials in the search for the remains of victims from the past war.
