Anti-corruption team of the FBiH Government holds contact person training

SARAJEVO, December 14 (FENA) - Contact person training in the institutions of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held today in the organization of the Anti-corruption team of the FBiH Government and the OSCE Mission to BiH.  

President of the Anti-corruption Team of the FBiH Government, Eldan Mujanović, told FENA that today, with the help of experts, contact persons will be additionally trained in strategic planning and development of integrity plans, as a very important internal tool within institutions where they strive to strengthen the mechanisms for fighting corruption and to the process of reporting and preparation of the new FBiH strategy for the fight against corruption.

“This is a very important effort to build and strengthen the infrastructure in almost 100 institutions of the Government of FBiH where there are designed contact points that work together with the management on the corruption prevention system and reduce the risk of corruption,” he emphasized.

Mujanović pointed out that the participants of the conference are persons within FBiH institutions who have been formally nominated as persons in charge of coordinating the fight against corruption and cooperation with the Anti-corruption Team of the FBiH Government.

In addition to Mujanović, the lecturers were external consultants Nermin Kadribašić and Gojko Pavlović, who spoke about building the capacity of contact persons in institutions in FBiH, strategic planning, building the capacity of contact persons, and integrity plans and their implementation.
