SARAJEVO, February 10 (FENA) - On the initiative of the management, and with the consent of the Government of FBiH and the Supervisory Board, the company BH Telecom will donate 150,000 KM to help the victims of the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
According to the general director of BH Telecom, Sedin Kahriman, that donation will be urgently sent to the victims in Turkey and Syria, and the company BH Telecom will also undertake additional activities to help the residents of threatened areas.
- Aware of the scale of the natural disaster and the necessary funds for the aid and recovery of the vulnerable, the company BH Telecom, with the consent of the FBiH Government, decided to make a monetary donation in the amount of 150,000 KM to contribute to providing the necessary assistance to the currently most vulnerable population - said Kahriman.
After the earthquakes that hit the areas of Turkey and Syria on Monday morning, large casualties were recorded and an even greater number of those missing and still being searched for, while thousands of people were left without homes, BH Telecom announced.
