KREŠEVO, March 16 (FENA) - The HDZ BiH President Dragan Čović announced for the next week a joint meeting of all those who, as he said, should form the government of the Federation of BiH and the signing of a document on the distribution of departments and all the institutions.
"This somewhat reflects on the cantonal level of government, and I am convinced that it will all be finished by mid-April and then we will turn to completely new projects. The idea is to implement everything we put in the Framework Agreement between our parties at the level of the Council of Ministers," said Čović on Thursday in Kreševo.
He added that by the end of June, reforms that are in front of BiH and that are a condition in the country's European process should be included on the agenda.
"There is also a six-month deadline to establish a new government, that's why we are in a hurry to finish the Election Law and have it all done this year. It is not a delay, but we could be moving faster. There are many partners and different interests, but I am optimistic. If we sign it next week, we will be in the parliament with the FBiH government very soon," emphasized the leader of the HDZ BiH.
Referring to the writing of certain news portals about the appointment of a judge to the Constitutional Court of BiH, he said that he is convinced that the FBiH House of Representatives will very soon appoint Marin Vukoja.
"We have had two Croats, Bosniaks and Serbs each, three representatives of international institutions and it should remain that way. Discussions and spin attempts by the obviously losing side should not be given any attention. We will soon change the other three members who represent the Federation of BiH and it is up to us to do it responsibly and to choose professionals for that position," stressed Čović.
He also commented on the atmosphere in the coalition (theHDZ and the coalition of the Eight) after the coalition was formed consisting of NES, SDA, DF and PBiH in the Una-Sana Canton, pointing out that there is no difference to him and that everyone at the local level has different interests.
"What happened in USC was their agreement. We are waiting for the first session of the House of Representatives, which will probably be an extraordinary one, at which the Government of the Federation will be appointed," asserted Čović.
