BIHAĆ, April 13 (FENA) - The Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH, Fadil Novalić, today paid a working visit to the Una-Sana Canton, where he spoke with the cantonal Prime Minister Mustafa Ružnić in Bihać.
Topics of the meeting were infrastructure and development projects such as the expressway from Bihać to Velika Kladuša and the airport in Bihać, the launching of an industrial zone in the USC, and the strengthening of agricultural production.
After the meeting, Novalić said that funds have been secured for designing and starting the construction of the expressway and that he believes that land expropriation will begin this year.
He added that all preparatory activities for the construction of the airport in Bihać will be completed by the end of next year, which he believes will last two years.
"Also, our offer to relocate certain facilities of the military industry to the USC has been accepted, as well as the offered support for the revitalization of the processing industry at Agrokomerc," pointed out Novalić.
Ružnić stated that the route of the expressway was agreed upon today and will be an integral part of the new spatial plan of USC, which should be prepared in the next 50 days.
He emphasized that steps have been agreed to continue the implementation of the airport project in Bihać, and thanked the FBiH PM and the government's delegation for today's visit.
As part of the second part of the visit, Novalić should visit the production facilities of the companies AC Food and Kolmix in Velika Kladuša.
