SARAJEVO, April 27 (FENA) - The FBiH Finance Minister Jelka Milićević said today after the session of the FBiH Government in Sarajevo that in 2022, revenues of 11.1 billion KM were collected in the Federation of BiH, which is 12.2 percent more than in the previous year.

She specified that 49.7 percent of that is tax revenue, 39.4 percent is contributions, and 10.9 percent is non-tax revenues.

Milićević said that the accumulated surplus in the FBiH amounts to 487.6 million KM, while the financial result at the cantonal level is 139.5 million KM.

When it comes to extrabudgetary funds, she added that their financial result was 92.7 million KM.

"For the past eight years, not a single tax rate has been increased and I think we have created a sustainable fiscal policy that guaranteed financial stability and liquidity in the Federation of BiH," stated Milićević.

Milićević pointed out that at today's session, the FBiH Government made a decision that the planned funds to support municipalities and cities in the amount of 10 million KM will be distributed linearly as support for the budgets.

She explained that 125,000 KM will be distributed to the local self-government units and that an additional 29 million KM will be distributed for capital and infrastructure projects.
