This includes, from adopted legal proposals, to various proposals for action plans, strategies, decisions, solutions, loan agreements, credit agreements, etc.

She noted that the BiH Council of Ministers submitted three draft laws to the parliamentary procedure, one of which, the Law on the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations of BiH for 2023, was adopted.

She assessed that this is a huge success for BiH institutions that have not had a budget for the current calendar year for many years.

“We also submitted the law on service in the Armed Forces and the law on freedom of access to information,” stated the Chair of the BiH Council of Ministers, and added that certain strategies, action plans were also adopted.

She stated that during this mandate period, dialogue with EU officials was intensified, BiH meetings within the committee and subcommittee for the implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement were unblocked.

Krišto also emphasized numerous meetings on the international and regional level, including a visit to the EU, the Holy See, participation in the Economic Forum in Davos, the Security Conference in Munich, and a visit to Great Britain at the coronation ceremony of King Charles III.

“The institution of the BiH Council of Ministers is truly dedicated to work. Our focus remains on the 14 key priorities from the Opinion of the European Commission. How and with what dynamics we will go together in the future depends on us. As the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers, I will advocate for our dialogue, for mutual respect. This is an opportunity to stabilize the political conditions in BiH and to create the conditions for progress, growth and development and thereby enable, in accordance with the competences we have, better conditions for the life of all our constituent peoples and citizens living within BiH,” concluded Krišto.
