OHR launches a media campaign on the importance of solving the issue of state property

FENA Hana Imamović,

SARAJEVO, May 16 (FENA) - The Office of the High Representative of the International Community (OHR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina announced on its official website a request for proposals for the delivery of offers for the implementation of a media campaign on the importance of solving the issue of state property.

As stated in the request for proposals, the Office of the High Representative invites companies/agencies to submit proposals for creating an advertising Media Plan and carrying out the activities confirmed in the Media Plan in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period July-August 2023.

The budget of 68,000 KM will be allocated for these purposes, and clear conditions have been specified, including the obligation to submit a media plan.

The campaign should be implemented on three public services (BHT1, FTV and RTRS) and two private television stations (BN and Nova TV).

The OHR has already placed this material on some of these stations but is open to changing its choice of media if the agency offers sound alternative proposals.

The media plan should put a special focus on the audience who follow online content less regularly via mobile phones or computers and thus are less exposed to advertisements published on social networks.

It is a campaign to inform the public at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina about the importance of solving the issue of state property in order to make it clear why these processes should be supported and what damage has already been caused by their non-implementation, it was stated in the public call.

It is necessary to place three (3) TV animations, each lasting 30 seconds, and five (5) infographics. Animations and infographics have already been produced.

Advertising is also planned on web portals and social networks.

The media analysis must include information on the viewership of TV channels and their reach, as well as information on visits to online portals, on the basis of which the media plan will be created. The analysis should justify the relevance of the proposed terms in relation to the target group.

At the end of advertising, it is necessary to submit a detailed report with key indicators of the successful implementation of the campaign and the results achieved.

As announced, the OHR Board will review and evaluate the received offers.

The bidder whose bid is rated the highest will be selected for a contract award. The OHR reserves the right to decide to talk to bidders.
