SARAJEVO, June 6 (FENA) - Charwoman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Borjana Krišto spoke today in Sarajevo with the Deputy Managing Director of the European External Action Service (EEAS) and the Director for the countries of Western Europe, the Western Balkans, Turkey and Great Britain Marko Makovec about the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Krišto thanked the EEAS for its wholehearted assistance to the institutions of BiH in the integration process, as well as its support and understanding of the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
She said that the candidacy status encouraged all political actors in Bosnia and Herzegovina to work together in favor of Europeanization and the transformation of our society.
Krišto pointed out that the priorities and focus of the work of BiH institutions will be aimed at fulfilling 14 key priorities from the EC Opinion.
She added that compromise and consensus are key to the further progress of the integration process, as well as to ensure the long-term stability of BiH in the process of limited changes to the Constitution of BiH and a thorough reform of the election legislation.
The meeting was also attended by the head of the EU Delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the EU's Special Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Johann Sattler, stated the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
