SREBRENICA, July 10 (FENA) - More than a thousand motorcycle marathon participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region arrived in Potočari this evening to pay their respect to the innocent victims of the genocide in Srebrenica.
The president of the organizing committee for the motorcycle marathon, Enver Suljić, says that they have been organizing this activity for twelve years and that today in Potočari there is a convoy of motorcyclists from BiH, but also from the region and the world.
"Same as every year, our message is to never forget the genocide and never allow it to happen again. Through the motorcycle marathon, we pass on the tradition to younger generations. It is very important that young people get involved and preserve the memory of the victims of genocide," said Suljić.
The participants of the ultramarathon and Bihać-Srebrenica cycling marathon also arrived in Potočari.
The arrival of the participants of the Peace march is also expected.
