FBiH Government withdraws a set of fiscal laws from the parliamentary procedure

SARAJEVO, July 25 (FENA) - At today's emergency session held in Sarajevo, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina made a decision to withdraw from the parliamentary procedure the Proposal for a Decision on Amendments to the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2023 and the Proposal for a Law on Amendments to the Law on the Execution of the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2023, which were previously sent to the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina under an urgent procedure.

At today's session, a conclusion was reached proposing to the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament not to include on the agenda of the 4th session the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Contributions and the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Income Tax, whose proponents are MPs in the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, Admir Čavalić and Irfan Durić.

As stated in the conclusion, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will send a set of fiscal laws to unburden the economy to the parliamentary procedure as soon as possible.
