SARAJEVO, September 7 (FENA) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the consolidated Indictment filed by the BiH Prosecutor's Office on 22 August 2023, charging the accused Boško Peulić, Petar Đurić and Davor Peulić with the criminal offenses of War Crimes against Prisoners of War under Article 144 of the CC SFRY and War Crimes against Civilians under Article 142 CC SFRY.
